Alexis Sykes, Founder & Music Curator
Violinist/Violist, Member of New York City Ballet Orchestra, also performs with New York Philharmonic, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra, and New York City Opera Orchestra.

As a performer and longtime music educator, I’ve seen up close the regenerative power a personal connection to the arts can bring to your life. That’s why I founded Arts At Work, a unique project to provide an active break for people during the workday. We want to be that fun class that your team looks forward to.

Yes, there are health and wellness programs in today’s workplace, but none refresh the mind, renew creativity, build empathy, and inspire new bonds the way the arts can. I’m excited to show you how Arts At Work can develop a custom program for you.
