Intro to dance workshop

We will teach you the beginning steps to your choice of one dance style. This class will start from the very beginning of the dance form and allow you to progress over the course of a month. Exercise clears our heads and recharges our brains. Movement gets serotonin and endorphins flowing and greatly affects our moods and our ability to manage our behavior. This is particularly good for people who miss the being with people part of work.

 

Participants: Up to 20 people
Level: Beginner
Styles: Contemporary, Salsa, Line, Ballet Barre, Intro to Modern Dance Techniques, and Hip Hop
Ideal Space: 9 ft/6 ft. or greater
Time: 4 Weeks/60-minute class per week
